Senon Baoding Packaging Co., Ltd. manufactures paper packaging for bakery, fast food, coffee, hotel and airline catering — cake cartons, pastry boxes, pizza boxes, sandwich boxes, donut boxes, macaron boxes, chocolate boxes, cake trays and pastry pads.
One question drives the company: how do we supply packaging that is safe for food and lighter on the environment? It starts upstream. Our paper comes from European mills with first-class technology, chosen as much for their ecological record as for the quality of their board.
In production we print on food-grade paper with water-based and soy inks instead of solvent-based inks. The carrier is water or soybean oil — non-toxic, and no organic solvents evaporate into the air while the press runs.

The board is only half the story. These are the surface treatments we run after the ink dries — and what each one does to the pack in the hand.
A special colour mixed by adjusting the ink ratio. Saturated and dot-free — a tone four-colour mixing cannot reach.

A transparent synthetic-resin coat with no pigment, dried to a bright shine. Classified as UV varnish or PU varnish.

A transparent film bonded to the printed sheet under heat. Protects the surface, raises the gloss, and holds up on cartons handled daily.

Formwork with raised lines presses the material into relief under heat and pressure — flat or roller embossing, in any pattern you draw.

Metal foil stamped onto the printed sheet with heat and pressure. Metallic, lustrous, and unmistakably premium at arm's length.

A spot or flood coat cured instantly under ultraviolet light, leaving a high-build gloss exactly where the artwork wants it.

The surface is pressed inward against a forme, adding depth without adding ink. Reads as a quiet mark until the light catches it.

Feasibility & quote
We verify quantity, copy, colour palette and documentation, then quote with remarks and a contract.
Payment & pre-press
Advance payment confirms the order. Graphics are processed and the plates are made.
Proof sign-off
You approve the final copy before the press rolls. Nothing prints unsigned.
Production
Printing, die-cutting, folding and gluing on our own line, inspected through the run.
Dispatch & delivery
